September 2010 - First off, I just want to say thanks for the professional job your crew did in installing the new boiler in our apartment. It was a pleasure dealing with them on site. I can’t recall dealing with a company that cleans up after themselves so well every day. And the unit looks great mounted on the wall like that. It’s hard to imagine that such a small unit can put out more heat than the massive unit we used to have.
December 2009 - My hot water tank broke two days before my holidays....Reid Brothers promised someone would be out early the next day. They came and fixed it in less than an hour. Once again there was no mess to clean up.
July 2009 - ...thank you for sending Brad to do some checking on the new furnace you had put in for me. He is an excellent worker and honest and charming as you all are!

May 2009 - Thanks to you and Don for sending over Kevin (+ Mike) who did a stellar job on the installation of the new boiler in my home last week. That system is so impressive that it looks better than systems that I have seen in multi family apartment buildings that I have sold in my past.
November 2008 - I just got my gas bill for last month, it's only $83. I'm so thrilled to see that number, it is almost $400 less compared to the same period of time last year. Saving money is good, and saving energy is even better.
