In January 2024, during one of Vancouver’s harshest cold snaps, Holy Name Parish found itself in a tough situation—one of their boilers failed, leaving the top floor of the building without heat. Our technician was dispatched right away to assess the issue and quickly discovered that both existing boilers were not only outdated but in poor condition overall.
Our Approach
Recognizing the urgency, we sent our lead estimator, Kevin Holden, to the site to provide a timely and effective solution. After thoroughly evaluating the existing system, Kevin recommended replacing the old units with two high-efficiency IBC SL 260 boilers. These models were chosen not only for their performance and reliability but also because they provided the best long-term value for the parish. Kevin carefully scoped out the job, ensuring we had the right materials and a clear installation plan in place. His meticulous approach allowed us to deliver a highly accurate and competitive quote—and a smooth installation with minimal disruption to the parish community.
The Result
The team at Holy Name Parish was thrilled with the outcome. The installation went off without a hitch, restoring reliable heat to the building just when it was needed most. Since then, they’ve been happy to recommend us to other churches in the area—a true testament to the trust we’ve built. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support Holy Name Parish and look forward to continuing to serve them and their extended community for years to come.
