In December 2023, one of our long-time customers in South Vancouver reached out with a
concern their aging mid-efficiency boiler was becoming increasingly unreliable and costly to maintain.Understanding the urgency, we promptly sent our lead estimator, Kevin Holden, to assess the system and explore replacement options.
After conducting detailed measurements and
diagnostics, Kevin presented the homeowner with two tailored solutions: a new high-efficiency IBC boiler or a Navien combination boiler. The combi unit, which integrates both space heating and
domestic hot water into one compact system, wasespecially appealing due to its on-demand hot water feature and space-saving design.
After thoughtful discussion, the customer chose the Navien combination boiler for its efficiency, footprint, and cost-effectiveness. Kevin then
carefully designed a layout to accommodate the new system within the tight space constraints,
ensuring everything would fit seamlessly. Once the plan was finalized and a competitive quote was approved, our skilled technicians, Tom and Tavis, completed the installation with precision and care.
The customer was thrilled with the process from start to finish—and even more so with the final result.
