In June of last year, as temperatures started to climb, many of our customers reached out to explore home cooling solutions. One of those calls came from Jeff, a long-time client who was considering a heat pump but had concerns about how the system worked and more importantly, what it might cost to install.
Jeff was eager to improve the comfort of his home but wasn’t sure if a heat pump would be the right fit or within his budget.
Our Approach
We had detailed conversations with Jeff about his needs, concerns, and the different options available. To provide the best recommendation, our lead estimator, Kevin, visited the home and assessed the space. He recommended a Mitsubishi heat pump system—known for its energy efficiency, whisper-quiet performance, and premium reliability.
Understanding Jeff’s budget concerns, we made sure to quote a system that would qualify for up to $11,000 in government rebates through federal and provincial incentive programs. With those rebates applied, the final cost came in right on target—and gave Jeff the confidence to move forward.
The Result
The installation was completed just in time for the summer heat, and Jeff couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
“We are enjoying our efficient heating/cooling system every day. What a difference!”
We’re proud to have helped Jeff stay cool, save money, and upgrade to a system that will bring year round comfort for years to come.
